  It was this time exactly one year ago that I was feeling awful about myself. I felt uncomfortable in my own body and actually started to feel OLD. I was not sleeping well, my joints would ache at times, and I would be out of breath after a 5 minute run. Since joining TFC, I have a new found confidence, I sleep better, I am back in my pre maternity jeans, and I have more strength and endurance than I did in college. I have visited many of the awesome locations and trainers that come with my membership but Leighanne is just such an incredible trainer! The work-outs are ladies only, always different, and fun! Definitely worth the free try to see if its a great fit for you as it was for me.
