  Nice new facility. Awful service. Despite supposedly maintaining posted hours, staff arbitrarily refused services as rudimentary as an oil change a full half-hour prior to their posted closing time. Nor would staff commit to a specific time by which they wouldn't refuse customers.
  
  The fact that mine was the only vehicle in the service drive, no customers were in the waiting area and employees weren't too busy to become preoccupied by sending text messages rather than lifting their heads to acknowledge new customers apparently wasn't relevant. Staff claimed completing a simple oil change could take as long as 90 minutes which would seem to take tremendous liberties with the "Quick" portion of "QuickLane".
  
  I strongly recommend any of the many other area vendors who are more interested in serving customers rather than turning them away, especially during a period of widespread gas inavailability.
