  I pay 179 a month for liability on a truck with a 600$ value. Rates go up all the time for NO reason. I have never even had a ticket, I tried to change my payment date and they want me to come in, I live 40 miles away and it is very difficult to make it in with my busy schedule. Customer service is NO help, any time there is a problem- they direct you to the one in Dallas, who will tell
  You that they aren't sure and that you need to contact the one in McKinney (the phone goes directly to Dallas most of the time) Do not waste your time or your money with this crappy company, nomatter how good a driver you are, your rates go up literally almost every month, and in the policy it says that they have to give you a 30 day notice of price change, they will lie- say they sent a letter and then charge you anyway. Have talked to many people who have had the same experience with the "letter that was sent 3 weeks ago".
