I was impressed first with their early and late hours of service, and speed in which they have been willing to see both my dogs. I have older dogs 8 and 11 and unfortunately with age comes health issues. Personally I have found all the Doctors to be mindful of prices, best procedures, and very hands on treatment. All of the staff is amazingly friendly - from the moment you walk in and are greeted, to the techs, doctors, boarding etc. I now go to them not only for veterinary services but grooming and boarding.
