    First, they could have just told me they didn't have time immediately, but instead I waited literally an hour with them saying, 'it'll be just a minute' so I continued to wait. When I told them I was kinda short on time and still wanted to do the deluxe treatment for the massages and callous removal but no color, they tried to talk me out of it, skimped on the massage completely, and then still tried to charge me the $38 for it. When I said, 'Even though I waited for an hour and you didn't give me much of a massage, it's still $38?' She took off $5. That's all. By the way, my callouses are still extremely prevalent and not smoothed out at all.
